ABOUT IRIS

Iris was born and raised in the Netherlands.

Her passion for performing started at a very young age, she started dancing when she was 5 and also participated in competitions.
She made music and sang a lot and decided to take singing lessons at age 15.
When she was 18 she joined her first musical production in Amsterdam ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ from that moment she knew she wanted a career in Musical Theatre and got into Frank Sanders Akademie for musical theatre in 2020, she graduates in 2024.

She made her Musical debut summer 2023 in ‘De nieuwe lichting doet auditie’ from Stichting Nanoek and Musicalmakers and is currently playing in ‘Pride & Prejudice the musical’ 2023-2024 in an all female cast of 5 women, produced by Morssinkhof Terra.
